After some research and price shopping I decided on these since I have several other Frogg Toggs products. The boot quality overal is wonderful. They are well built and very light weight. Having only one day trip in them so far I can't say for sure they're better than felt soles since the trout stream I fished had a very slippery bottom. I guess I'm still getting use to them, hence the reason for 4 stars and not 5. I would also note that Amazon totally beat the price Cabelas was asking.
